EVENT DECOR, WEDDING STYLING & CORPORATE EVENTS

HOW TO BOOK

After building your full custom decor package, the next step is booking your date.

We require a down payment based on the total of your services, as well as a refundable damage deposit for the rental items PLUS the signing of a service agreement for both parties. An online invoice will be sent to your email payable with credit card or e-transfer and the remaining balance will be due days before the event.

Please be advised that we work on a first come first served basis which means that, in order to secure your date, you must pay the down payment invoice and sign the service agreement to secure your spot; otherwise you are not booked and the date can be granted to another interested party.

THE WORK PROCESS

After the booking process is completed, the fun part starts!!

Every event is unique and timelines may vary based on event size, booking date/event date and type of event. Generally speaking, we start the planning, coordination and production of your event:

  • Sketching and brainstorming your decor design and style.

  • Acquiring special custom props and balloons (in case we do not have them in stock).

  • Producing the custom handmade items of your decor.

  • Coordinating with vendors.

  • Booking special rentals.

  • Ordering your desserts (when dessert coordination is arranged).

When our design is final, we will present it to you in a mood board form. This will give you a good picture of the look and feel of your decor style and setup and what to expect the day of your event.

THE DAY OF THE EVENT

It’s the big day!

We will come by the venue at the time arranged for setting-up, bringing all your decor with us and start building the magic!

We will take care of EVERYTHING! Our goal is to provide you with an stress-free experience; as of decoration concerns, we got your back!

Our crew and myself will finish our work before the event starts, leave the venue for you to enjoy your event with your guests and will come back afterwards to take down our decor.
