DO YOU OFFER BALLOON STYLING AS A STAND-ALONE SERVICE?

Absolutely! We do offer our balloon creations as a stand-alone services. However, the cost of this service decreases if it is booked along with our full decor packages.


WHAT DOES YOUR DECOR PACKAGES INCLUDE?

We include EVERYTHING you see in the photos (all the props and furniture are included as rentals); some items are included in the main area decor package and some others are part of the add-on services:

All furnitures, decor props, decor items, backdrop, dessert plates and stands, cake stand, balloon arches (add-on service), floral arrangements (add-on service), etc.

Please note that large rentals such as linens for guest tables, napkins, plates, cups, cutlery, and desserts and cakes are not included in our packages; however, if you require any of these items and would like us to take care of it, we can certainly coordinate with our preferred vendors (place baking orders and coordinate rentals) at no additional coordination cost from our end. You will only pay the vendor fee.


DO YOU RENT YOUR DECOR PROPS?

Unfortunately, we do not provide rentals as a stand-alone service. All our furniture, decor props and items are assigned to the decorations we design, coordinate and set up and are included in your decor package as a rental.


Yes we do!

For Balloon Styling Services: we certainly deliver and install our balloon creations. Some balloon sizes and products are available for curb-side pickup and prepared for a friendly DIY installation.

For Full Decor Services: as part of our full decor package, we provide delivery of all the items you have contracted; we’ll take care of setting it up and coming back after the event has ended to take down and pick up our all our decoration items.

DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY/PICK-UP AND SET-UP/TAKE-DOWN SERVICES?


ARE YOUR BALLOONS ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY?

Yes they are! Our balloons do not cause pollution to the environment. They are made with 100% natural latex therefore they are biodegradable. It is also important to highlight that latex balloons are not plastic.

Please note that we do not use helium to create our balloon pieces. We work with air-filled balloon creations using electrical and manual air-pumps.


ARE YOU AN EVENT PLANNER BUSINESS?

We are event stylists and balloon artists which means we only take care of creating the magical piece of your event: the style and decoration! We do not coordinate venue rentals, event vendors or organize schedules. We provide our decor services before the event starts, leave after our decor work is completed and come back after the event has ended to take down and pick up our decor items (For Full Decor Services only).


Our balloon installations are called "organic balloons" due to the technique we use; this type of balloon design follows a natural flow as you may see in the natural world of plants. We sculpt the piece using different sizes of balloons to give it a free-form look and work along with them to create a balloon install with spontaneous lines and an asymmetrical pattern.

WHAT DOES “ORGANIC BALLOONS” MEAN?


No! You do not need to bring any dessert plate/stand or buy additional decor props/items. Every detail we add into our designs are carefully chosen based on your event style, colours and themes and they are included in your decor package.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN DESSERT PLATES OR BUY ADDITIONAL DECOR PROPS?


A damage deposit is a 100% refundable fee charged on your invoice at the moment of booking and is subject to deduction for the cost of fixing any damage or lost to the rental items. In case a rental piece is damage or lost, only a portion representing this item will be deducted and the rest of the deposit will be refunded to you in the same form of payment originally used.

WHAT IS THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT?


There are several aspects that should be taking in consideration to exactly calculate the set-up/take-down time. However, it generally takes:

Full Decor setups: between 1 1/2 up to 4 hours to set up and 30 to 60 minutes to take down.

Balloon installations: between 30 min to 3 hours.

We will determine the set-up/installation time when we discuss the services you are interested in and the size of your event.

HOW MUCH TIME dO YOU NEED FOR SETTING UP/INSTALL?


We are willing to accommodate last minute orders based on availability, time of event, location, balloon colours and installation size. If we are fully booked, we will not be able to do so; if we do have availability, we will be willing to discuss and try to find a way to accommodate your request.

However, we strongly encourage to book in advance to secure your spot and guarantee that the colours and theme your are looking for are in stock.

DO YOU ACCEPT LAST MINUTE BALLOON ORDERS?


For Balloon Styling Services, we recommend to book as soon as you are ready to do so; the sooner you book, the better chances to secure the acquiring of any speciality balloons, foil balloons or specific colour we might not have in stock, specially during Covid times.

In terms of specific times, 3 weeks in advance will be an ideal time frame for booking.

For Full Decor Services, one and an half month in advance is ideal to book your event styling with us. However, we understand sometimes planning does not go as it should, specially with the current uncertainties of Covid, so we are willing to accommodate full decor setups bookings with only a few weeks before the event.

Please have in mind that Covid-19 is responsible for shortage in some supplies and delays in orders shipping and deliveries.

Please be advised that we work on a first come first served basis which means that, in order to secure your date, you must pay the invoice and to secure your date; otherwise you are not booked and the spot can be granted to another interested party.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?


DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF SET THEMES OR WE GET TO CHOOSE BASED ON OUR PREFERENCES?

You can absolutely choose your favourite theme! We provide a Custom Service and create a different design and style for every client based on their preferences, always recommending the best ideas making each event one to always remember!
