Covid-19 Statement

We are committed to the safety and well-being of our staff, our clients, our family and our community while we keep delivering our services to make your special moments and celebrations a day to always remember!

We are FULLY VACCINATED and able to proof our vaccination status, we wear masks at all times during our set up, keep the social distance of 2 mts with any person present during the set up and sanitize our hands regularly. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that any person around us when we are installing keep their social distance of 2 mts and wear a mask.

Please notify us if you or any of your household family members:

• had close contact with a person who has COVID-19.

• returned from travel outside of Canada.

• tested positive for COVID-19.

• are sick with fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or runny nose and have not been tested.

In any of these cases, we will cancel the installation and hold it until you or your family members have tested negative and 14 days have passed without any symptom showing or are free of Covid-19. A new date for your installation will be assigned/booked.
